I am sooooooooo excited! My sister, her husband and I are going to Shaker Village. We just made our reservations for next Friday. They have a craft fair on the grounds on Saturday. I can't wait to go! It is about a 2 and a half hour drive from my home and I have always wanted to go. We rented a whole house for the night and will be touring the grounds as well as riding the riverboat. I will take LOTS of pics to share with you guys. You will just love it...they also have a wonderful Inn and the food is great...there is a Dixie Belle Riverboat ride it is a great way to relax after taking a tour of the village.

OH JOY OF JOYS....A VISIT TO SHAKER VILLAGE IS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE... I HAVE BEEN MANY TIMES AND NEVER TIRE OF GOING... THE FOOD IS DEVINE ,,, OH AND DO HURRY TO VISIT THE BUILDING WHERE THEY DYE WOOL, AND DONT FORGET TO VISIT WHERE THEY SHEAR THE SHEEP.. & AND REMEMBER YOUR CAMERA.... ON & ON.. I KNOW YOU WILL BE THRILLED.. HAVE A GLORIOUS TIME... P
